For the K2(Wall Mount & Standing), please first check whether the kiosk cords are tightly attached to the power support. This is a common issue.
Next, please turn on the kiosk. You can open the front cover by pressing the button on both sides simultaneously, and turn on the red color switch on the kiosk front panel. You will hear a “Di—-” notification and INFI logo if the kiosk is booting.
If you have not heard this sound after pressing the switch, please open the cabinet on the back side and make sure the power line are connected properly.
For the K2 Mini, please make sure the power line is tightly secured. Try a hard reboot by re-attaching all the wires, including those lines for the adapters. Push them hard and make sure the connection is not loose, as this is a common issue. After that, please long press the power button on the right of the screen for at least 10 seconds to reboot.
