If you encounter this message on your Square Payment devices, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Sign in" and select "Use a device code".
2. Contact INFI support to obtain a device code by emailing us at Support@infi.us.
Please provide us with your store name, and we will generate a 6-alphabet code for you. Please note that the code will expire in 5 minutes. To expedite the process, it would be helpful if you could also provide us with your contact number. Once we receive your request, one of our support agents will reach out to you as soon as possible.
