1. V2
When there is a higher version available from the V2, follow the below steps to update:
- Press the home button to go back to the V2 hardware's desktop.
- Swipe the page to find and open the "APP Store" app.
- Look for "InfiPARTNER" app and tap the "Update" button on the right side.
- Wait for the installation to complete after pressing "Update."
- Once installed, press "Open" to access the updated app. The update process is now finished.
2. K2 & K2mini
When there is a higher version available from the K2 series model, follow the below steps to complete the update progress:
- Check if you are on the stand-by page. If not, press the "Exit" button at the top left.
- Tap the "downright" area at the bottom line 10 times to go back to the login page.
- Quickly click the "top left" area 6 times to return to the main desktop.
- Swipe to find and open the "APP Store" app.
- Look for "INFI Kiosk" app and press the "Update" button on the right side.
- Wait for the installation to complete after pressing "Update."
- Once installed, press "Open" to access the updated app. The update process is now finished.
3. K3
When there is a higher version available from the K3, this is how you can update the version.
- Check if you are on the stand-by page. If not, press the "Exit" button at the top left.
- Quickly tap the "downright" area at the bottom line 10 times to return to the login page.
- Then, rapidly click the "top left" area 6 times to return to the main desktop.
- Swipe up from the bottom line to find and open the "Hexnode" app.
- In the app, press the button at the top left and choose "App" from the drag-down menu.
- Look for the app name at the top, and the version number should be the latest one provided by your agent.
- Press the Home button and reopen the kiosk app to automatically navigate to the location page.
- Select your correct location and wait for the loading to finish.
- Lastly, remain on the standby page and tap the "downright" area once to check the version number.
- If the version matches the one you checked before, it means the whole update process is completed successfully.
