1. Please access the INFI Dashboard, log in and navigate to the "Loyalty-Rewards" section.
2. Customize the display name and logo of the "Points" system on the kiosk to give it a personalized touch.
3. Easily set up rules to determine the conversion of dollars spent into loyalty points.
4. Adjust the maximum number of rewards per order, allowing customers to redeem multiple rewards simultaneously.
5. Take control of the points expiration policy by setting a specific time period after which points will expire.
6. To create a new reward that customers can redeem, simply click on "Create reward." In case you have multiple INFI locations, you'll be prompted to select a location.
7. When creating a reward, provide a name that will be displayed on the kiosk and specify the number of points customers need to spend in order to redeem this reward.
8. Two types of rewards are available: Fixed amount and Free item.
9. For Free items, you can offer a wide selection for customers to choose from, enhancing their redemption experience.
10. With Fixed amount off rewards, you can select a range of items. Additionally, it's possible to specify certain items that qualify for the fixed-amount discount. You can select Entire Order if the amount off will apply no matter what the customer ordered.
11. After making all the necessary changes, don't forget to save the settings at the top of the page. Ensure you save it on the Loyalty page as well; the save button is located at the bottom.
