Please complete the steps below to set up INFI as an Admin on your Toast POS.
Providing this level of permission will allow INFI Implementation team to sync your Toast menu accurately and INFI’s support teams to quickly and efficiently resolve any troubleshooting requests you may have.
- In Toast Web, navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees.
- Select the +Add New Employee button.
- Use INFI Support for the first and last name and email address: customersuccess@infi.us to create this employee. For POS access code, use 12345, for Jobs & Pay, please select general manager then “Add”
- Find the INFI Support name on your list of employees and select the Edit pencil to the right of their name. Navigate down to section 8 under Permissions and toggle the option to “Override”, check off the “allow” box next to the Override option, and then save.
