Currently, if an item on Clover exists in multiple categories, it cannot be imported into the INFI System. Follow these steps to check and adjust this in your Clover Dashboard:
1. Navigate to "Items" under the Inventory section.
2. Select the item that is having import issues, scroll down, and click on "Categories".
3. Verify if multiple categories are assigned to a single item.
4. If so, please click "edit" and ensure that only one category is assigned.
