This guide will help you connect your printer with INFI V2 devices and troubleshoot printer settings if you encounter any issues. Follow the steps below to ensure proper setup and smooth operation of your printer with INFI V2.
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your account and navigate to the Settings page.
Step 2: Access Printer Stations
Navigate to the Printer Stations section.
Step 3: Create a New Printer Station
Click Create Printer Station.
Step 4: Assign a Name
Click on Printer Station Name and assign a name such as "Printer".
Step 5: Select Your Printer
Click No printer selected, then click Search Printer.
Step 6: Find Your Printer
You should be able to find your printer here. If you can't find it, ensure that your printer and V2 device are on the same network. Currently, we support the following printers:
- TSP 100 Ethernet Printer
- TSP 700 Ethernet Printer
- Zebra ZD411/ZD410 Ethernet Printer
- Epson TM U-220B Ethernet Printer
Step 7: Save Your Settings
Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
Step 8: Select Categories
Scroll down and ensure you select all the relevant categories.
Step 9: Finalize
Save the changes, and you are all set.
