Connecting the Printer to the V2
To connect your printer to the V2, follow these steps:
- Turn on the V2 device. Keep Holding the power button for 3 seconds until a logo pops up on the screen. Release the button when you see the logo.
- At the home page scroll from bottom to top view all the apps, and click "Settings"
- Click "Network and Internet"
- Select your network, please make sure it's the Exact Same network as your Zebra Printer
- Click the home button at the bottom and navigate to the "INFI" App
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Settings page.
- Navigate to the Printer Stations section.
- Click Create Printer Station.
- Enter a name for the printer station, such as "Printer" or "Label".
- Click Search Printer
- Locate and select Zebra ZD410. After selecting click "Print Test". You should be able to see test labels from Zebra. Once confirmed hit Save.
- Scroll down again and ensure you select all the relevant categories for the printer. If the only category is "Uncategorized" that's normal, select that please.
- Save the changes, and you're all set!
