- Check that printer is powered on and device has power indicator light illuminated.
- Check that printer is getting ethernet connection by checking for indicator light at back of device
- Check that printer has labels and is able to properly feed a single label out without jamming
2. Check V2 and reconnet Zebra
- On the INFI App, click Settings and click "Printer Stations"
- Click your printer station, it might called "Label" or "Printer"
- Click "Select Printer" Selection
- Click "Search Printer" and check if you can find any "Zebra ZD410" Printer.
- Select "Zebra ZD410" and Click "Print Test"
- If it prints out, SAVE all the changes and you are all set.
If it didn't print out or you can't find the ZD410, follow this step to create a new printer station:
- Select your current station, and click the delete button at the top right corner.
- Click "Create Printer Station"
- Follow the steps for "Connecting the Printer to the V2" in THIS article and see if any label print out with test print.

If you see these lights, the printer is either working properly or needs more label paper.
For Internet here are the indicators. If the Ethernet cable has issue or there's no network you won't be able to see the green indicator. Trouble shoot the zebra printer first if it's network issue.
