With the INFI Label Solution service, printing labels on a Zebra ZD410/ZD411 through an Android device is quick and efficient. This guide walks you through setting up your printer, connecting it to your Android device, and printing labels directly from the INFI Orders app. You'll learn how to ensure the correct label format, troubleshoot common issues, and optimize your printing workflow for seamless order management.
- Setup ZD410/ZD411 - Please get your zebra ready before setup. If you need any help please reference this article
- Access the Download Link - Open this link on your Android device to download the V2 app.
- Install the App - Tap "Install" to begin the installation. Note: You may need to sign in to a Google account to download the app.
- Configure the network on your Android device - Go to your settings and select your network, please make sure it's the Exact Same network as your Zebra Printer
- Open and Log In - Once the app is installed, open it and log in to your account.
*If you need your login credentials, please check your email.
*If you have already subscribed to the service, you should have received an email with the subject: "Welcome to INFI Label Services – Let’s Get Started!" containing your login detail
- Go to the Settings page.
- Navigate to the Printer Stations section.
- Click Create Printer Station.
- Enter a name for the printer station, such as "Printer" or "Label".
- Click Search Printer
- Locate and select Zebra ZD410. After selecting click "Print Test". You should be able to see test labels from Zebra. Once confirmed hit Save.
- Scroll down again and ensure you select all the relevant categories for the printer. If the only category is "Uncategorized" that's normal, select that please.
- Save the changes, and you're all set!
